Changelog_

More for my own benefit than anything else, the Changelog will reference any landmark dates and / or changes in the project, specifically in regards to the transparency of the project.



The Syren Protocols is being developed as an audio-visual novel - a hybrid output somewhere between a book and a podcast. Upon launch it will be available in multiple cross-platform formats. Pre-launch it will be shared as “build in public” across social media.

15.08.2024Today has been essentially one of pondering. Two things - I’d like it to be vaguely bloglike, so the main navigation should build with the content, right? But until there is no content I could remove the nav elements or strike them through idicating I haven’t updated it?

Also the idea of having a “Developer” vlog or podcast alongside is more firmly rooted in my head. I could do this as an audio podcast or video (or both). I could also set up a channel (eg: Telegram) - I like the idea of broadcasting the actual final piece this way as the central theme is one of community.

Name Ideas: SY:CAST, DEV:CAST  


13.08.2024This site brought into active production. The Syren Protocols have been soft-launched on Facebook with Coming Fall 2024. The suite of sites is now: The Syren Protocols main site including narrative and codex; The Promo site featuring video cameos of the main characters and this site, the Build in Public reference.   


17.06.2024This site was more or less thrown together today with the intention of it being a “Build In Public” reference. The main structure was created and holding pages built for future content.
